EDP Central Jersey Invitational (Jul 2017)

Congratulations to the Dragons 05 on winning the top u12 Bracket of the CJ Invitational. Competing in the 11 v 11 format, the team went undefeated on the weekend with 3 wins and 1 tie. The boys demonstrated great balance allowing 3 goals in four games (including 2 shutouts) while scoring 11. The tournament concludes their 2016-2017 season and gives the group 4 tournament championships, a fall league championship, winter indoor championships, and an EPYSA Indoor Cup Championship. Congrats on all your successes.

Region 1 ODP Tournament (Jun 2017)

Over the past weekend, the SCCSA Dragons '99 had the honor to participate in the Region I ODP tournament as a substitute team. In their final tuneup before next weekend's Region I President's Cup Championship, the team faced many talented players in 3 group play games- finishing with 2 wins and 1 loss and top of their bracket. The boys demonstrated great growth in each match the participated. Thanks to Region I and EPYSA for this outstanding opportunity. Best of luck to the team as the travel to West Virginia on Friday and kickoff game one on Saturday- June 17 at 8am.

FC Delco Players Cup (May 2017)

Congratulations to our SCCSA Dragons '05 for winning the 2017 FC Delco Player's Cup Championship- U12 Boys Premier. Over a three day span, the team played outstanding soccer in route to a 5–0 weekend, including an exciting 3-1 victory against the Quickstrike (NYE) in the semifinals and an impressive 5-1 victory over the Lower Merion Sting (EPA) in the final. Once again, the team called on an outstanding balance of offensive ability and defensive perfection. The group allowed just 6 goals in the tournament, while they scored 23 over the weekend. The definition of a complete team effort! Well done Dragons '05.

Beach Blitz (May 2017)

SCCSA would like to congratulate the Dragons 06 (GU11) for winning the Beach Blitz tournament in Brigantine!! Congratulations!

EPYSA Challenge State Cup (May 2017)

SCCSA would like the recognize the Dragons 99 (GU18) for their State Cup run and for finishing as Challenge Cup Finalist! Congratulations!!!

PA Classics Challenger Cup (May 2017)

Congratulations to the Dragons '99 for winning the 2017 PA Classics Challenger Cup Championship. Once again, the team was 4-0 on the weekend including an exciting semifinals win via Penalty Kicks and an impressive 5-0 Championship victory over Arundel. Once again, it was a complete team effort with 8 different goal scorers, while the team, anchored by outstanding defensive and goalkeeping allowed just 1 goal in the tournament. It is the teams 4th Championship of 2017. Congrats again.

EPYSA Presidents State Cup (May 2017)

Congratulations to the SCCSA Dragons '99 for winning the 2017 EPYSA President's Cup Championship. After winning their group, the Dragons '99 advanced to the finals with victories in the quarterfinals (4-0) and semifinals (4-1). Today in the finals, the team fought through rain, cold conditions, and 120 minutes of play to earn a 2-0 victory in extra time over Montgomery United. The team will represent EPYSA in the Regional finals in Barboursville, WV June 16-19. Congratulations again to Players, Coaches, and families for this outstanding accomplishment!

Buckingham United Bimbo B Active Cup (May 2017)

Champions! Our U10 Dragons went undefeated at the Buckingham United tournament yesterday, and bested a really good Ukrainian Nationals squad 5-3 in the final.


Congratulations to the U9 boys for winning the Bimbo B-Active March into Cups Tournament! Great job boys!

Continental Spring Classic (Apr 2017)

Congratulations to the '03 Boys Dragons for winning the Continental FC Spring Invitational Tournament. The Dragons played strong, scoring 12 goals over 3 games and sacrificing only 2 total goals. It was a true team victory with seven different players contributing goals in the championship run. Way to go Dragons!

Nether United Spring Invitational (Apr 2017)

Congratulations to the SCCSA Dragons '04 for winning the Nether United Spring Invitational U13 Championship. The team went 3-0 on the day, scoring 12 goals while conceding just 2, in route to the Championship. Well done boys! Keep up the outstanding play.

Maplezone Winter Indoor League (Mar 2017)

Congratulations to our Boys SCCSA Dragons '05 for winning the Maple Zone U12 Regular and Postseason Indoor Winter League Championship. After going 8-0 in the regular season, the boys turned in a dominant semifinal victory over FC Brandywine. In the finals the team bested Ridley United 11-0 to claim the Championship. Overall, the team allowed just 1 goal over 10 games, while finishing scoring 68 goals. Congratulations again on your 2nd league Championship. We look forward to watching you find success in the spring.

USTC Winter Indoor League (Mar 2017)

Congratulations to members of our SCCSA Dragons '04 for finishing the USTC Futsal League as finalists in the U13 Elite Division. The team played tremendous throughout the season. In the playoffs, the team posted a 5-0 victory over FC Brandywine in the semifinals before falling to FC Europa in the finals. Well done boys. Best of luck to the entire group as you move towards your spring season.

EPYSA Indoor State Cup (Jan 2017 - Feb 2017)

Congratulations to SCCSA Dragons '99 on an outstanding Indoor State Cup performance . Split into two groups, each team advanced to their Division's Championship Game. The SCCSA White team- pictured behind the Championship sign- earned a 4-2 victory over Phoenix FC to bring SCCSA our 2nd Indoor State Cup Championship of the year! The SCCSA Green squad- who played with no substitutes the entire day- finished as Finalist in an tough 3-2 overtime loss versus Colonial FC. Both teams represented our club with pride and passion. Well done boys!



Congratulations to the SCCSA Dragons '05 for winning the 2017 EPYSA U12 Indoor State Cup Championship. 
The team played outstanding throughout the entire day. After going undefeated in their group matches, the team advanced to the semifinals where they bested City FC (3-2).  In the finals, the Dragons '05 played an exciting back and forth match against the Ukrainian Nationals. In the end, the team edged out a hard fought victory (6-5), which brought the Championship home to SCCSA! 


BYC Indoor Tournament (Dec 2016)

Congratulations to the U10 Boys Dragons who won the FC Brandywine Holiday Futsal Tournament today. To advance to the championship game the team not only needed a win but a shutout win with at least 4 goals in order to take first place in their bracket and move on. They achieved that with a 6-0 win. They defeated Delaware Rush 3-2 in the championship game.




Congratulations to the SCCSA Dragons '05 for finishing 1st and 2nd in the BYC Holiday Futsal Tournament. Split into two teams, each group went undefeated in Division Play to face each other in the Championship Match. In what was truly an exciting contest, the Black Team edged the Green Team 4-3 in a back and forth finals. Well done boys. Keep up the outstanding accomplishments.


The SCCSA BU14 Dragons won their division in FC Brandywine's Holiday Futsal Tournament on Friday, December 30th. They won all 3 of their scheduled games and beat the home team in the championship 7-3.

EDP Fall College Showcase (Nov 2016)

Congratulations to the SCCSA Dragons '99 for winning the EDP Fall College Showcase U19 Championship. The team finished the weekend with 3 wins and 1 tie including a 3-1 victory in the Finals over Stronghold SC from New Jersey. Congrats on a great start to the season. Keep up the excellent play.

FC Brandywine B+ Foundation Cup (Nov 2016)

The SCCSA U12 Dragons ’05 wrapped up their successful 2016 fall season by winning the FC Brandywine B+ Foundation Cup U12 Championship. Playing in the top division, the team went 4-0- on the weekend including a 6-0 victory in the finals over the FC Brandywine 05 Elites. On the weekend, the team allowed just 2 goals, while scoring 27 and had every player on their roster score a goal in the event. Their performance was truly a complete team effort.



Congratulations to the SCCSA U13Dragons ’04 on winning the Championship of the FC Brandywine B+ Foundation Cup. The team went 4-0 over the weekend including a 3-0 win in the Championship Game over Pipeline FC. The weekend success was a complete team effort which led to the group allowing just 1 goal in 4 games, while scoring 17. Well done boys and congrats on the successful event.



Today the SCCSA GU15 Dragons won the FC Brandywine Foundation Cup in their division. They played 4 games over 2 days and scored 7 goals in total. The championship game this afternoon was a 1-0 win for our Dragons under very adverse weather conditions with strong winds bringing bitter cold. Congratulations Dragons!

Haverford Welsh Cup (Nov 2016)

Our Girls U12 Dragons ’05 were champions today at the Welsh Cup. They scored 7 goals and only had 1 goal scored against them in 3 games! Congratulations!!

Hempfield Fall Classic (Nov 2017)

The SCCSA U18 Dragons '99 Girls won the U19 Division B Championship at the Hempfield Adidas Fall Classic. They did not concede a goal all weekend and beat PA Rush in the final 3-0.

Summer Tournaments

It was a successful weekend for SCCSA in the Battle of Hilltop tournament. Dragons '03 finished in the finals with a 2-1 victory as did the Dragons '05 with a 2-0 victory! Great job guys!




Congratulations to the Dragons '04 for finishing second in their tournament today!! Great job guys!
