2017 - 2018 Travel Team Registration Process Checklist

Team Registration Night is scheduled (pending school district confirmation)
Wednesday May 24th from 6:30-7:30 pm for all boys teams and 7:30-8:30 pm for all girls teams
At Charles F. Patton Cafeteria and Angelo's will be onsite with sample uniforms and other gear



To be completed by the players/parents:

1. Provide copy of players birth certificate
2. Completed and signed EPYSA RG 6 Form - Click here
3. Completed and signed SCCSA Medical Release - Click here
4. Reviewed and signed SCCSA Behavior Guidelines - Click here
5. Coordinate with the Team Trainer/Head Coach a current player photo, in uniform, for player cards.
6. Complete Travel Fee Payment if not already done.  A link was sent to each player for online payment.  Anyone requesting Financial Assistance needs to be complete the application - Click here


To be completed by the Coaches/Team Manager:

1. Any changes in approved rosters (declines, additions) should be sent to Send to the Travel VP (travel@sccsasoccer.com) ASAP.
2. Complete registration for PAGS / DELCO fall season no later than May 31st.  Any division placement question should be directed to the DOC (doc@sccsasoccer.com)
3. Collect all the paperwork from the player at team registration night (see player/parent section above)
4. Coordinate taking of current photo of player in uniform to be used in online player registration process 
5. Coordinate non repeating Jersey numbers with Coach(s) in the same age group (typically A teams 0-22, B teams 23-44, C teams 45-65) 
6. Review Travel Coaches Handbook and provide sign off page to Travel VP.
7. When available, update Team Snap non players section with current Head Coach, Assistant Coaches and Team Manager.
8. All team officers (Coaches and Team Mangers) are required to complete various items which  are all outlined on our website.  Click here
